Enjoy all-day sun from the ocean-facing decks, then retire to the courtyard in the evening for a BBQ in front of the outdoor wood fire. Tutukaka's finest restaurants and bars are only a 3 minute drive away.

There are four bedrooms in the main house, plus a separate self-contained sleep-out.

Small weddings

We're happy to host small weddings of up to 50 guests, with the ocean as your backdrop. Up to 14 people can stay overnight at the house.

Corporate events

Bring your team for a meeting, workshop or getaway. There's fast Wi-Fi (Starlink), a dedicated workspace, and an HDMI input on the AV system for presentations.

Good to know

  • Check in after 3:00 pm and check out before 10:00 am, with self check-in by keypad
  • 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights on long weekends and 4 nights over Easter
  • Toilet paper, salt, pepper, laundry and dishwashing powder are provided. Please bring your own toiletries
  • Pets are allowed
  • No smoking
  • No parties. Weddings and corporate events are welcome by arrangement, so please talk to us first. Unarranged events may result in eviction
